Usability & Accessibility

Millennium Point wanted a new website that would be very easy to use. We achieved this by following standard usability guidelines and by conducting extensive user testing.

To find out what the public think of our efforts, we have added a feedback link to every page to enable users to express their opinion about any aspect of the site.

To ensure that as many people as possible can use this website it has been built to the highest level of accessibility, the Web Accessibility Initiative's AAA standard.

Content Management

The Millennium Point website has been built around an open source, browser-based content management system (CMS) called Plone. This enables the staff at Millennium Point to easily edit and update the website for themselves.
